Follow a creator
Following someone tells Whip you want more of what they make. You can follow from a few places:From a profile
Open any profile and tap Follow. The button flips to
Following.
From a feed card
Many cards in the feed have an inline Follow button
right on the creator’s name — tap it without leaving your scroll.
From suggested creators
When you first join and here and there in your feed, Whip shows a Suggested
for you card of creators worth a look. Tap Follow on any of them.
Following changes two things. Their new publishes can send you a
notification, so you never miss a drop, and it helps
shape the suggestions Whip shows you. You can follow up to 5,000 people.
Like an app
A like is the quickest way to say “this is good.” Tap the heart on any app card, or double-tap the app’s preview for a satisfying burst of hearts. Tap the heart again to unlike. Likes are public — anyone can open an app’s Likes list to see who tapped the heart. The creator gets a notification the first time you like one of their apps.Save apps to your library
A save is your personal bookmark. When you save someone else’s app, it drops onto your Home screen so you can find and open it anytime — think of it as your collection of other people’s apps, kept right next to the ones you built.Tap the save icon
On a feed card or an app’s detail sheet, tap the bookmark icon. In menus,
the same action reads Add to home.
Find it on Home
Saved apps live on your Home screen alongside your own creations. Sort
and organize them however you like.
Remove a save
Tap the icon again, or choose Unsave / Remove from home from the
menu. Removing a saved app from Home doesn’t delete it — the creator’s app
stays live for everyone.
How this helps creators get discovered
Following, liking, and saving aren’t just for you — they feed the feed’s ranking. Whip weighs engagement when it decides what to surface, and the signals aren’t all equal: a remix counts most, a save counts about twice a like, a comment a little more than a like, and a like is the baseline. Recent plays add a boost too, and brand-new apps get a fair shot at the top for their first day. So every heart and save genuinely helps a creator reach more people.Common questions

with the apps you’ve built. You can drag them into folders to keep things
tidy.

Not a separate tab, no. Following someone can send you a notification when
they publish, and it shapes your suggestions — but the main feed is For
You and Trending.

They see save counts and can hit save milestones, but saves and likes are
about discovery, not about sharing your private data. Whatever you do
inside an app stays in your own copy.
